Alexa Zappia is an Emmy-nominated Casting Producer residing in Williamsville, NY. She has worked to cast some of the top unscripted television shows including The Bachelor, Squid Game: The Challenge, Love is Blind, Married at First Sight, Big Brother Canada, Worst Cooks in America, Supermarket Sweep, Don’t Forget the Lyrics, The Hustler, Claim to Fame, Love for The Ages, The One That Got Away, Asking for a Friend, Love Undercover, Million Dollar Secret, and many others.
 
Alexa has had plenty of experience casting for networks such as ABC, FX, Food Network, NBC, Lifetime, Amazon Prime, Netflix, TV One, TLC, HGTV, and Peacock. Given her background of creative outreach and collaborative nature, Alexa’s approach to casting is unlike any other as she focuses on finding hidden, untapped talent through unique research and thorough vetting.
 
In addition to producing, Alexa is the Founder and Director of Rocks of UnityTM - a philanthropic organization, geared towards individuals of all ages, which affirms diversity as a strength through kindness, acceptance, and unity. What started as a lesson plan during her student teaching training cycle to highlight the differences among students, faculty, and staff on her college’s campus has now turned into a social movement reaching over 25 different countries and over 35 different states.
Additionally, Alexa has also established a branch of Rocks of UnityTM called Rocks of UnityTM Rock Stars. Through these endorsements, celebrities also decorate a rock to represent their identity in solidarity with the foundational values of the brand. Some of these participants include James Taylor, Harry Connick Jr., Ryan Seacrest, Kelly Ripa, Ellen DeGeneres, Michael Bublé, Kristin Chenoweth, Andy Cohen, David Boreanaz,
