Gregg Lipsitz is the President of L&M Financial Services, a company founded by his father in 1972. With over 33 years of experience as a financial advisor, Mr. Lipsitz and his team work to design and implement retirement income and wealth preservation strategies for clients. His passion is to help families create a steady, predictable lifetime income, and to identify and manage retirement risks for his clients. In 2011, he was named to an elite group of Five Star Wealth Managers by Buffalo Spree magazine. 

Mr. Lipsitz is very active in the Western New York community, volunteering for the Be-A Friend Program, Inc.; the Make-A-Wish Foundation; the Medaille College Athletic Program; Unyts of Western New York; and WNY Heroes, Inc. In addition, he launched a “40 for 40” community service program at L&M to commemorate the company’s 40 years in business. The L&M team of professionals volunteered time and leadership to support local charitable events such as the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Diamond Ball and the Ride for Roswell, as well as efforts to support the Food Bank of Western New York; the SPCA; and Goodwill Industries. In all, 40 local charities benefitted from Mr. Lipsitz’s vision to give back to the community.   

Mr. Lipsitz earned a bachelor’s degree in business/finance from the State University of New York at Binghamton in 1980 and a master’s degree in financial services from The American Colleg in 1993. He and his wife, Ruth, graduated together from Williamsville East and have been together ever since. They are avid golfers and also enjoy traveling, local sports, and spending time with their three sons, Daniel (Kate) and Joseph who also work at L&M, and Max (Blair).
