Paul Homer-Senior Director of Employee Relations at ESPN – Class of 1988:
At core, Paul has spent most of his life trying to meet people where they are. A graduate of Williamsville East High School, Penn State University (BA), the New England Conservatory of Music (MM), and the New Hampshire School of Law (JD), he has worked in a variety of fields, including international development
work in Senegal, West Africa, teaching in Massachusetts and Venezuela, higher education administration in Boston, and Legal and Human Resources work, most recently in Bristol, Connecticut, with ESPN.
Never a highflier, his life and work have thankfully kept him close to people of every background and walk of life. For much of his professional life, as much as anything else, he has been paid to listen, to understand, and to care when people needed it. In return, he has been blessed with countless peoples’ stories, struggles, and trust.
